TidyUp is a brand dedicated to help _find your calm_ and make life more convenient. Our mission is to provide the perfect accompaniment to ensure your handbags stay organised and in shape.
Designed to help you find your calm - our bag organisers have specialised compartments for all your essentials. Made from a lightweight sturdy fabric, they are light and easily transferable - so changing bags has never been easier. Each organiser has a detachable zipper wallet which helps transition from day to night with ease. What’s more, they will not only ensure that all your things stay intact and are easy to find, but will also protect your bag’s lining, and shape. Now stay organised and never leave anything at home again!

FAQs
What material is the organiser made with?
Our bag organisers are made of high quality, pliable, flexible and lightweight 2mm felt fabric. The felt retains its strength, flexibility, and durability for a long period of time.
How can I find the right size of the organiser to fit in my bag?
Please refer to the images and the “How to Select Your Organiser” Image. Always select an organiser that's dimensions are smaller than your bag.
How can I measure my bag to choose the correct size bag organiser?
First of all, make sure your bag is empty of all items. Then take a measuring tape and from the inside of the bag, measure the length (L) of the bottom of your bag, then measure the width (W) of the bottom of the bag. Finally, measure the total height (H) of your bag and note it down.
Check out our measurement guide for illustrations. Always select an organiser thats dimensions are smaller than your bag.
Note: If your bag has a removable base then you can easily measure the length and width of the base shaper to find the base size.
How can I order a custom bag organiser for my handbag or tote bag?
Sorry we are not doing customisation yet. Kindly find the best fit from the available organisers from the listings.
Is the price all inclusive?
The mentioned price includes GST but exclusive of shipping.
What are the care instructions of the organisers?
The felt handbag organiser insert is easy to care for. Felt naturally repels dirt and water, you can wipe off spills immediately. The organiser insert doesn’t need frequent maintenance. If you do need to wash it, we recommend dry cleaning only.
How can I choose the colour of the organiser?
Please refer to the menu images and individual SKUs, most of our organisers are available in 4 colours. You can choose the one that best fits your requirement.
Note: Colour may vary slightly from what is visible online.

Which shipping method do you use to dispatch the orders?
We use multi-carriers depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Post order confirmation, we process the orders within 5-10 working days and send out the shipment. Delivery times after shipment varies according to the destination.
Can I get my order earlier in case of urgency?
It would depend on availability. We try our best to ship the orders as early as possible, if the item is available in stock you can email us to request for an early delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived, can you help me?
Yes, if you have any problems with your order at all, just Contact Us, and we will help you to resolve your issue.
Do you have a gift package option?
We provide gift package services for your orders at an extra cost. We wrap organisers with tissue paper and a dust bag. If you want a gift package, we will add a customised tidy up box for INR 200/- along with a personalised card. Please do not forget to click the gift wrapping option in the checkout.
What payment options do you have?
You can pay for your order through PayTm, GPay, UPI, Net Banking or credit / debit card.
Cod is available at an extra cost INR 100/- (on top of the shipping cost)
What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not provide refunds once the order is placed, as we use standard sizes with all mentioned measurements and details to help you pick the perfect size for your bag. We may accept returns for store credit only.
In-case your organiser doesn't fit or arrives damaged, Kindly send us an image or video with this issue clearly visible, and contact our team immediately regarding the issue.
Upon the discretion of our team, you can exchange your items for another size or style. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 5 days from the date of delivery. In case of any return/store-credit or exchange, the complete shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
While sending back the product for return:
Items should be returned unused and with all packaging in its original condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without packaging or damaged.
