We do not provide refunds once the order is placed, as we use standard sizes with all mentioned measurements and details to help you pick the perfect size for your bag.
We may accept returns for store credit only.
In case your organizer doesn't fit or arrives damaged, Kindly send us an image or video with this issue clearly visible, and contact our team immediately regarding the issue.
Upon the discretion of our team, you can exchange your items for another size or style. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 5-7 days from the date of delivery.
In case of any return/store-credit or exchange, the complete shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
