Returns & Exchanges

At TidyUp, our products are designed to help you make what you love last. We also want to help you find the right fit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds. Eligible products may be exchanged or returned for TidyUp store credit, subject to the conditions below.

To request an exchange, please return the product unused, in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your exchange.

As standard shipping on your original order is complimentary, shipping costs for both the return and the exchanged product are borne by the customer.

Finding the Right Fit

Many of our products are available in different sizes and fits. If you’re unsure, please contact our TidyUp Concierge before ordering. We’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your piece.

If our Concierge specifically recommends an incorrect fit, we will take responsibility and arrange the return and replacement shipping at our cost.

Returning Your Product

Please return the product with its original packaging and dust bag. Organisers and structured products should be packed securely in a box to help retain their shape.

Please include your order number, name and contact number with your return.
