Shipping & Delivery

At TidyUp, we believe care begins from the moment you place your order.

Dispatch & Standard Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India, with most orders typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and PIN code.

Certain locations, including destinations that are further from major delivery hubs or require extended courier transit, may take a little longer. Where possible, our team will keep you informed of any significant delay.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Expedited Delivery

Need your order sooner? Expedited delivery within 2–4 working days may be available for select PIN codes at an additional delivery charge. Please opt for it at checkout.

You can always contact our TidyUp Concierge on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability, the expected timeline and applicable delivery charge for your location.

Delivery charges apply only to expedited delivery. Standard shipping is complimentary.

Shipping & Packaging

Our products are packed carefully to help them retain their shape and condition during transit. Certain larger products or multiple-item orders may therefore be packed and dispatched separately.

Where an order is sent in more than one shipment, no additional standard delivery charge will apply.

Delivery Locations

We work with established logistics partners to deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary according to PIN code, accessibility and courier network serviceability.

In the rare event that a delivery location is not serviceable by our regular logistics partners, our team will contact you and make reasonable efforts to find an alternative delivery solution.

Delays Beyond Our Reasonable Control

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines stated above, delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond TidyUp’s reasonable control.

These may include, without limitation, adverse weather or natural events; floods, fires or other natural disasters; strikes or transport disruptions; governmental or regulatory restrictions; public emergencies; disruptions to courier, logistics or transportation networks; or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented by TidyUp.

Where such circumstances affect an order, the stated delivery timeline may be extended for the duration reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

TidyUp will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any material delay and to facilitate delivery at the earliest practicable opportunity.
